Nyteowl are an electronic/pop/rock/etc band from our very own Minneapolis, Minnesota. With remixes from Bass Weazal (Boy 8 bit and friends) and numerous edits of other dance tracks these guys must not really be owls… otherwise how would they get all this done? AHAHA I’m JOKING!!
Enough jokes.
Anyway tonight is their first show here in Minneapolis. I heard someone describe them once as “Flock Of Seagulls meets New Order.” Now I don’t know if I necessarily agree with that because it was a fat kid eating a hot dog and wearing sketchers that said it (which totally means his opinion is not valid) but it’s great to hear this type of music coming out locally regardless. I can only stand so much Bob Dylan and I can’t really tolerate hardcore music. So come join us all for drinks and entertainment and decide for yourself!
